We are committed to protecting your data in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your basic details: name, phone, email, city and country.
• Files you upload: your CV and any documents related to your order.
• Order details: the package you choose and your notes.
• Payment data is processed entirely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

How we use your data

We use your data only to fulfill your order and contact you about it. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Sharing

We share the minimum necessary with our payment provider to process payment, and only where legally required.

Retention

We keep your order data and uploaded files for 12 months from the order date, then delete them. You may request earlier deletion.

The career counselor "Noura"

The customer portal includes an automated career counselor. It reads your report, job-hunt preferences or tailored CVs only after your explicit consent inside the portal, and you can withdraw that consent at any time from the same place. What it provides is general information from published laws and sources, not legal advice. Session summaries are kept to support follow-ups within the retention period above and are deleted when consent is withdrawn.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, and we keep a tamper-evident audit trail of every operation that touches your data.

Usage analytics

We may use advertising pixels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) on the public pages only — never inside the customer portal — to measure our ads: a page view, a submitted request, and a completed payment (amount only, no name or file). You can block them in your browser or with an ad blocker; your order is unaffected.

We may use an analytics tool (Microsoft Clarity) to understand how the public pages of the site are used — anonymized heatmaps and browsing recordings that help us improve the experience. It does not collect card details or passwords, and it does not run inside the customer portal.
